LAYER 4?
There's a gate at the back-half of the plaza.. look for it, and you'll find it eventually!! You gotta get it unlocked using these two simple tasks!!
Truth be told, we don't know is there IS a Layer 4, or just how deep this all goes. For the longest time, it was assumed that it only goes to Layer 3,
but recent searches have shown.. some kind of paradise down there. If you can find it, then by all means, you'll have my grattitude! I'm proud of you
